The International Conference on Information Visualisation and AI & Visualisation invites submissions of original research, innovative ideas, and practical applications.

Submission Guidelines
Submissions must be original and not under review elsewhere. All papers and posters must be written in clear English and clearly explain the contribution and relevance of your work.
Format & Template:
- a full paper – (6 pages _format* / per registration)
- a short paper – (4 pages _format* /per registration)
- a poster presentation(displayed online or during the event) – Accepted poster contributions are presented as posters and, if accompanied by a 2-to 4-page paper, are also included in the proceedings.

These submissions include, but are not limited to, the subject theme outlined within the Symposia description.
Blind Review Requirement
All submissions must follow a blind (anonymous) review process:
- Do not include author names, affiliations, or any identifying information in your submission
- Remove self-identifying references where possible
- Author details must be entered separately in the submission system
Review Process
All submissions will be peer-reviewed by the Programme Committee based on:
- Relevance to conference themes
- Originality and contribution
- Clarity and organisation
- Methodological quality (for full papers)
Accepted submissions will be included in the conference proceedings.
Awards & Journal Publication of selected Papers
The “Best Paper Awards” will be given to the studies that will be selected by the committee among the papers/posters presented in IV2026 and applied for the award. The study’s relevance to the symposium’s scope, its scientific contribution, and its writing/presentation style will be considered in the evaluation process.
IV2026 and AIViz2026 will have the following awards:
- Best Paper of the Year Award (Conditions: Being a presenter in the symposium)
- The Young Researcher of the Year Award (Conditions: Being a presenter in the symposium, age of 40 and younger)
- Best Oral Presentation Award (Conditions: Being a presenter in the symposium)
- Best Research Award [For poster presentations]
Accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings and submitted to Conference Publishing Services, as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases such as EI Compendex, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Web of Knowledge, Thomson ISI, and IET Inspect. Also, extended versions of selected papers will be published as a special issue or edited books; for more information, see the publication page.
Presentation
- Full papers will be presented as oral presentations
- Posters will be presented during dedicated poster sessions
At least one author must register and present at the conference. This Conference has a no-show policy (To be included in the proceedings if the paper is accepted and presented)
