Participants’ requests for refunds must be received by this date in writing. Refunds are subject to a 60.00 GBP administration fee. Participants who fail to attend and do not notify the conference secretary prior to the refund date will be charged the full fee. Participant substitutions are allowed at any time with written notification. |
